I feel like we've been living in fast-forward for the last few months. The last time I posted we were packing up to leave South Carolina, so I'll just give you the highlights of the last few months. We arrived here in Fort Pierce, FLORIDA (I get to live in FL again!!) on July 1st. A much shorter drive than the last time we moved!! While I'm not a big fan of living in a neighborhood with houses so close together I can see in the neighbors window... THREE houses down & having a back yard the size of a large area rug, I AM very thankful that the Lord once again blessed us with a safe, quiet neighborhood & nice landlords. He is faithful & gives us just what we need.
Another blessing...Our house in Idaho sold! It is still really strange to think of someone else living in what was our home for several years, but such a relief to us as well! Lord willing, we will be able to buy a home here soon.
We made a trip to NW Florida in early August to visit family. We had a great time & it was so fun to see everybody. We had a family gathering on my side of the family & we got to see cousins, aunts & uncles, nieces & nephews that we've not seen in a while. Unfortunately, I didn't get too many pictures on that day, Chad kept putting the camera back in the van! :)
I packed all morning & then took a shower...this is what I found when I got out!
but, seriously...how could you be upset with that sweet little face? And she was so proud of herself! Our first baby girl, Miss Kaylee Grace turned 8, (yup EIGHT!!) on the 29th of August. We tried really hard to make her day special, as we didn't have her usual party this year. We hadn't been here long enough for her to make new friends yet & it was too much of a drive for our Idaho friends! :) Which reminds me of yet another blessing...we have Idaho friends here! One family that moved here before we did & another family that just moved here last month. It's been so nice to have friends here that we already know & love! And while I'm on that subject, I'd like to set the record straight & state that my husband does not spend his days calling up Quest employees & begging them to come work for Piper...just in case some of you wondered about that.

Chad turned 32 on Sept. 6th. He was relieved that he was only turning 32 rather than 33, like he thought....until he realized after saying so, that he stuck his foot in his mouth..as I was the one turning 33 in a few weeks! I forgave him quickly though, as I've gotten to celebrate his birthdays with him since he was 14!
Our precious Baby A turned 1 on Sept. 27th...sigh. Why can't they just stay tiny? My Momma, my Sister Desirae & her sweet baby boy, Braxton & my Mom's friend Teresa came to visit & celebrate Avery's birthday with us. It's always great to see family, that is the main reason we love being here again...that & the SUNSHINE and WARMTH! Did I mention that it's mid October---Ok LATE October now--- & my big kiddos are still taking swimming lessons...in an outside pool!? Love it! (Ok, sigh...it is now November & they are no longer taking swim lessons, but it is still warm & sunny!)

I got to celebrate my birthday on the 13th of this month with my sweet family & we all went out to eat at Cracker Barrel with friends. It was a fun day for sure!

And that brings us to the end of October...Chad & I are celebrating ---already celebrated by the time I get this posted-- our 13th wedding anniversary!!! THAT is a HUGE blessing!! I love being married to my best friend. We celebrated with a romantic trip to the Bahamas....Ok, not really...we went to Disney, but it was fun all the same!! Disney pictures will come in the next post...& I'll try to get them up before next year :-)
